• Must-have experience
• 10+ years in computer repair with senior/lead

Responsibilities

• Strong diagnostics across Apple & PC hardware/software.
• Board-level repair (micro-soldering/component-level) 2–3+ years.
• Proven leadership: setting pace/standards, coaching, delegating, following up.
• Excellent customer communication; calm under pressure.
• Fluent English (spoken & written).
• Able to travel between branches, located in Camden, Lewisham, Shoreditch and Wimbledon.
• Nice to have
• Degree (2:1+) in Computing or related, or equivalent experience.
• A-Levels/GCSEs in relevant subjects.
• Retail leadership, POS, stock systems; Apple ecosystem certifications; content creation.
• Mentorship from senior pros (15+ years) and a clear development path.
• Performance incentives linked to quality, throughput, and customer satisfaction.
