Qualifications

• Act as the primary technical authority for the LV Monitoring product, maintaining deep knowledge of its architecture and codebase

• Lead the design and implementation of software components, services and integrations
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and advanced analytics capabilities to enhance product value
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, architectural principles and modern development practices
• Promote strong CI/CD practices, automated testing and code quality across development teams
• Coordinate technical delivery across internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and quality
• Drive continuous improvement of the product’s maintainability, performance and technical debt profile
• Contribute as active senior software developer

Responsibilities

• This is a key technical leadership role responsible for a specific product domain within EA ***’s SaaS portfolio.
• As Lead Developer, you will act as the primary technical authority for the LV Monitoring product, ensuring its architecture, codebase and technical direction evolve in line with product goals and engineering standards.
• You will work closely with Product Management, UX and delivery teams, contributing to both product discovery and delivery.
• You will provide early technical insight, guide implementation decisions and ensure the product remains scalable, maintainable and aligned to long-term architectural principles.
