Location: This role will be based in Mason, OH, or fully remote. Medidata follows a hybrid office policy in which employees who are hired for an in-person position are expected to work on site a certain number of days per week following Company policy. • Engage with IT partners to ensure business needs are correctly translated to support processes and systems changes with high quality results.
• Manage the activities of other project resources by delegating assignments, following up on progress and reporting status.
• Understand Quality Assurance processes and be able to define acceptance criteria to ensure solution/design meets business
• Ability to influence management to adopt enhancements in business processes or technology to increase optimal business performance.
• Experience working in complex systems architecture that integrates with multiple systems, understanding both the technical and functional aspects and ensuring that systems are integrated efficiently.
• Keep up with best practices and other related industries that could be incorporated into our technological roadmap.
• Understand networks, databases, object models and workflows in order to make key business decisions.
• Be able to accurately forecast and plan work using Agile methodology; monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of software releases; this includes but is not limited to managing scope and dependencies.
• Effectively train end-users and maintain up-to-date documentation on system procedures.
• Define essential elements of product and solution roadmaps
