Qualifications

- Lead deep, structured requirement sessions with senior actuaries to understand workflows, data nuances, and reporting needs, creating detailed functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate alignment across actuaries and Data Office teams on project priorities, project timelines, and management of the deliverables.
- Product Owner for Data Platform & Tool Development: Develop roadmaps for actuarial data and tool development

- Agile Development Leadership & Product Backlog Management
- Lead Agile Ceremonies: Act as the Business Analyst Lead within an agile team, facilitating user story refinement, sprint planning, and daily scrums.
