Responsibilities

• In this role, you will design and implement backend services, APIs, data models, and front-end components that power our AWV/HRA/RPM platform.
• You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and take ownership of major product features end-to-end.
• Backend Development (Primary Focus)
• Design and develop backend services using Node.js / NestJS
• Build and maintain core APIs for AWV/HRA workflows, including clinical questionnaires, care plan generation, and visit documentation
• Implement scalable data models for clinical forms, vitals, assessments, and audit logs
• Develop and maintain logic engines for AWV workflows and eligibility checks
• Integrate with EMR systems and external healthcare APIs (FHIR, HL7, etc.)
• Ensure secure and compliant handling of PHI data (HIPAA aligned)
• Build and optimize offline-to-online sync logic supporting mobile/tablet users
• Cloud Infrastructure
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain services on AWS
