- A Foundation in STEM subjects: For software engineers that means a good understanding of core software development principles, such as object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and coding best practices.

Responsibilities
- Deliver quality code: Write clean, functional code and documentation according to POD***’s coding standards.
- Collaborative code reviews: Actively participate in the code review process, both preparing your code for deployment with the Lead Engineer and, over time, reviewing code from other teams.
- Continuous learning: Expand your hands-on experience with our core
- Tech stack
- PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and Git), while gaining a deep understanding of unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Security mindset: Learn and implement secure coding practices, enforce access control (the principle of least privilege), manage secure patches/updates, and assist with system monitoring.
