Junior Full Stack Developer Position Summary We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on exposure to front-end and back-end development, database design, modern AI/LLM technologies, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), along with a foundational understanding of UI/UX principles and DevOps practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Working knowledge of Java and Python programming languages.
- Basic front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue is a plus).
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Foundational understanding of AI/LLM concepts and practical applications.
- Understanding of relational databases (RDB), including SQL and schema design.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Exposure to DevOps
- English-Korean bilingual communication
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications and services using Java and Python.
- Build and maintain front-end interfaces (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) alongside back-end APIs and services.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end components.
- Support the integration and fine-tuning of AI/LLM-based features into existing and new applications.
- Build and maintain RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows to automate repetitive business processes.
- Design, query, and maintain relational databases (RDB), ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to implement clean, user-friendly UI/UX.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps automation.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications on Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.
- Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews and pull requests.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional team meetings.
