Qualifications

• Basic understanding of property development or finance
• Tech-savvy with Google Sheets and email management
• Strong understanding of financial markets, especially U.S. equities
• Experience with Google Workspace and data analysis
• Deep curiosity about global markets and macro-economics

• Strong organizational skills for managing data and workflows
• Discreet and trustworthy with confidentiality
• Preference for candidates with finance or investment experience

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones and real estate deal timelines
• Organize documents from lawyers, architects, and lenders
• Follow up with stakeholders to push deals forward
• Maintain internal folders and systems
• Create summary decks and memos for updates
• Assist with admin and operations as needed
• Monitor U.S. equity markets and global macro indicators
• Study options pricing and generate summaries
• Support hedging strategy through futures and ETF monitoring
• Organize internal filing systems
• Assist in sourcing and managing analyst interns
• Prepare research and operational reports
