Qualifications
- A-levels, diploma, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently
- studying)
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in finance or accounting is a plus but
- not required
Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes (3-way matching)
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Support audits by providing required documentation
