Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing and supporting Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot, microservices and RESTful APIs.
- and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture, design, development, testing, deployment and production support activities.
- Write clean, reusable and maintainable code aligned with coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Perform code reviews and help ensure application performance, security, reliability and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing across the team.
