Job summary

KIS*** AG is seeking an IT-Systemingenieur for DevOps and Support to install and update software solutions, configure systems, and manage databases.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in system integration
• Provisioning and management of containers with Docker or Kubernetes
• Connecting databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Proficient in Python for automation tasks
• Fluent in German and good English skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

• Install and update software solutions remotely in coordination with customers
• Configure systems and connect various databases like MSSQL or Oracle
• Set up container solutions with Kubernetes and adjust as needed
• Independently implement smaller automation projects using Python
• Analyze incidents, document solutions, and contribute to support process development
• Investigate complex error patterns and find technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with the development team and act as a liaison between support and development
