• Hub Enablement Worker support individuals to promote and maintaining their independence and also contribute to the ongoing review and monitoring of care plans and risk assessments.
• There is a requirement to support with personal care and use equipment as directed, following training.
• Hub Enablement Workers respond appropriately to crisis and emergency situations and report any incidents as appropriate.
• There is an expectation that Hub Enablement Workers ensure confidentiality of information in respect of records maintained and tasks undertaken within NCC policy and relevant legislation.
• You Must
• Have a Professional care qualification or equivalent, or willing to work towards standards equivalent to Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and the Care Certificate.
