Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Tech & Business team (Tech, Data, Finance, People & Commercial)
• Act as a senior talent advisor to leaders across the organisation
• Anticipate talent needs and market risks before they surface
• Design advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent
• Set and protect the hiring bar for critical roles
• Influence and evolve hiring standards, processes, and guidelines
• Strengthen recruiting operations and processes
• Scale the TA function as the company grows.
• Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid
• We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Germany, preferably in our headquarters in Berlin.
