Responsibilities

• As our first GTM Enablement Program Manager, you'll build the operating system that makes that possible.
• Working across Sales, Product and Marketing, you'll design the programmes, systems and workflows that help our GTM teams learn, adopt new product capabilities and execute consistently.
• You'll transform fast-moving information into scalable onboarding, enablement programmes, AI-powered workflows and playbooks that genuinely improve performance.
• You'll define how enablement works at Omn***—from onboarding and learning programmes to AI tooling, documentation standards and measurement—creating systems that scale as the business grows.
• WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• You'll own the underlying systems and structure—not just the content—creating leverage across the entire team.
