Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigated General Liability claim handling experience.
- Technical background in coverage issue identification.
- In-depth knowledge of liability policy language.
- Experience in a regulated environment.
- College degree.
- Florida Adjusting license required.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of General Liability Claims in multiple states.
- Manage new loss assignments and timely reserve setting.
- Perform coverage analysis and choice of law.
- Identify issues for investigation and resolution.
- Draft complex coverage position letters.
- Develop legal strategy with counsel and manage litigation.
- Identify cases for trial and complete pre-trial activities.
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools.
