Full Stack Software Engineer (Tech Lead)

Job summary

Overview: We're looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead with deep expertise across the frontend (React, TypeScript, CSS, HTML) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, OpenAPI, relational databases) stack to lead our app team. You'll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive systems design decisions across the platform.

• What We're Looking For
• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including prior experience leading engineers.
• Demonstrated ownership of full stack software development from infrastructure to user experience.
• Experience leading an AI-enabled development team, including owning the guardrails, validation, end-to-end testing, and support systems needed to safely and reliably ship AI-assisted work.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers, you'll iterate quickly on features, improve performance, and build out a secure, scalable platform for real-world military and government users.
