Responsibilities

• You will:
• Be responsible for building valuable relationships with our clients and to develop a track-record of delivery that is recognised throughout the market.
• Manage the overall business transformation end to end within the scope, quality, time and budget terms of reference and in accordance with EY*** and client programme management and transformation standards.
• Work with the Programme Director and client programme leadership, business and technical leads, operational risk and internal audit teams.
• Own the delivery relationship with the client.
• Provide oversight and direction for the PMO Team, Workstream Leads and Project Managers.
• Be able to represent the business transformation initiative at the necessary governance sessions and EY*** internal meetings (Account Level, Competency meetings etc.)
• Tailor and present kEY*** messages and updates to multiple stakeholders.
• Have a detailed understanding of the delivery costs, forecasts and actuals and manage the master resource list.
• Resolve / escalate programme level issues and risks and inter-programme dependencies.
• Draw on EY***’s capabilities in our Business, Technology, People and Risk Consulting practices as well as experience from our global consulting network.
• Support EY*** FSO Business Consulting business development activities, such as proposals, thought leadership and producing input for client events.
