Responsibilities

  • You'll own the React/TypeScript front end of our platform end-to-end, from performant, low-latency on-site experiences to the internal
  • Designing and building modern, performant front-end applications using React and TypeScript, including AI-powered and agentic user experiences (real-time personalisation, recommendations, conversational/agent interfaces)
  • Translating intent scoring, decisioning, and analytics outputs from our AI/agentic services into clear, responsive, and delightful UI
  • Collaborating closely with backend engineers on Go and C#/.
  • NET services to help shape clean, well-documented APIs that serve the front end well
  • Building and maintaining reusable component libraries and design-system foundations across our product suite
  • Optimising for performance, accessibility, and reliability, including in edge/onsite personalisation contexts where flicker and load time are critical
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, component-driven design)
  • Collaborating within an agile, Scrum-driven team, participating in sprints and planning sessions
  • Contributing to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring production front-end systems
  • Engaging in peer code reviews and mentoring junior engineers to support knowledge-sharing and team growth
