You'll join an early-stage, AI-native startup with a product that has already proven market fit. We build cutting-edge AI solutions for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) for enterprises around the world. Our customers are auditors, risk managers, and compliance teams, which means evaluation rigor, auditability, and EU AI Act readiness aren't afterthoughts for us.

Qualifications

  • As our first Product Manager, you'll own product end-to-end and work directly alongside the founding team.
  • You will:
  • Own product discovery and be accountable for outcomes — we hand you problems and constraints, not solutions.
  • You're measured on the value you create for customers and the business, not on features shipped.
  • Own the roadmap and prioritization — driven by customer evidence and company strategy, not by whoever shouts loudest.
  • We do not want a sales-driven roadmap, and neither will you.
  • Drive customer discovery yourself — you'll be in front of auditors, risk managers, and compliance teams regularly.
  • We have strong customer relationships and access is provided, but you make it happen; nobody hands it to you.
  • Build the product operating model from scratch — discovery cadence, how we decide what to build, how product, design, and engineering work as one team.
  • You're our first PM; you set the standard.
  • Work as one team with design and engineering — addressing value, usability, and feasibility together, not throwing
  • over a wall.
