Qualifications

- Actively contribute to the product roadmap and architectural decisions
- Help attract and evaluate exceptional engineering talent as the team grows
- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Required
- 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building or operating AI-native infrastructure — e.g.
- systems involving LLMs, agentic/autonomous systems, or intelligent workflow orchestration
- Strong backend development

- You will work side-by-side with the founding team and early design partners, shaping the product roadmap, contributing to hiring, and taking on meaningful ownership from day one.
