Cay*** is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Lead to oversee AI engagements, shaping strategy and guiding executive stakeholders through adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development or technical architecture experience
• 3+ years in engineering leadership or technical consulting
• Ability to engage across lines of business
• Experience with AI operating models and technology adoption strategies
• Familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI tools
• Experience with stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Strong executive communication skills
• Experience in professional services engagements
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software workflows

Responsibilities

• Own AI engagements end-to-end as the strategic lead
• Run structured discovery across stakeholders
• Design AI operating models for adoption and governance
• Define AI outcome maps for measurable business results
• Lead AI maturity assessments and adoption roadmaps
• Facilitate executive workshops and enablement sessions
• Deliver presentations to CTOs and VPs
• Direct FDE work on AI tooling and automation
• Identify expansion opportunities across business lines
• Shape follow-on scope throughout engagements
• Build executive relationships for long-term partnerships
• Contribute to strategy frameworks and methodology improvements
