• Marriott is seeking a FLEX Senior Software Engineer with deep Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise to help build and evolve the technology that powers our global digital experiences.
• This role combines hands-on engineering, solution design, and technical leadership to deliver scalable, content-driven platforms and modern web experiences.
• Education and Experience
• Required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), with 7+ years of software design and development experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Java and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience, including JCR, Sling Models, OSGi services, workflows, dispatcher configuration, and replication agents
• Experience building modern AEM solutions, including headless AEM architectures, server-side rendering (SSR), and development using Java, HTL/Sightly, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and cloud-based or hybrid AEM deployments, including CI/CD pipeline development, deployment automation, and operational monitoring
• Experience integrating headless AEM with modern front-end
