Job summary

Here at The***, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run. We operate in a project‑driven aerospace manufacturing environment, scaling rapidly across multiple countries, legal entities, and programmes.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Odoo not required, but strongly desirable)
• Proven experience with financial systems, controlling, or finance transformation
• Strong understanding of financial workflows across multiple disciplines and domains
• Strong analytical

Responsibilities

• You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, and Enterprise Systems, translating financial control needs into scalable system solutions.
• You will design, improve, and help operate financial processes across projects, departments, and legal entities.
• This is a hands‑on role: you will configure, analyse, challenge, automate, and continuously improve how financial data flows through the organisation.
• Act as Finance’s primary system counterpart for Odoo and adjacent financial tooling
• A custodian of finance‑related master data, ensuring consistency, quality and traceability
• Design and continuously improve financial workflows across:
• Treasury
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Accounting and controlling
• Identify manual, fragile, or inconsistent processes and drive automation and standardisation
• Ensure master data structures support project‑based, multi‑entity operations
• Help define and enforce ownership, change processes, and controls for financial reference data
