Qualifications

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of learners with different starting points, abilities and support
- Prepare learners for assessment and support them to achieve accredited outcomes
- Monitor learner progress, attendance and engagement, taking appropriate action where required

- Communicate clearly with participants, colleagues and external partners

Responsibilities
- Deliver Essential
- Evidence of delivering outcomes, targets, learner achievement or agreed objectives
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach to work
- Ability to explain your employment history clearly, including any gaps or short-term roles
- Confidence using digital systems, email and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a structured environment where quality, compliance and outcomes are monitored
- Commitment to Get***'s values and to supporting people who may face barriers to work, learning or progression
- Willingness to complete all required recruitment checks, including right to work, references and AccessNI checks where required
- GCSE English Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) or Level 2 Essential
