Qualifications

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of learners with different starting points, abilities and support
  • Prepare learners for assessment and support them to achieve accredited outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Evidence of delivering outcomes, targets, learner achievement or agreed objectives
  • Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach to work
  • Ability to explain your employment history clearly, including any gaps or short-term roles
  • Confidence using digital systems, email and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a structured environment where quality, compliance and outcomes are monitored
  • Commitment to Get***'s values and to supporting people who may face barriers to work, learning or progression
  • Willingness to complete all required recruitment checks, including right to work, references and AccessNI checks where required
  • GCSE English Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) or Level 2 Essential
