Qualifications
- The ASE Security team is seeking an experienced Security Engineering Program Manager to help manage and scale our Foundational Security team.
- and provide white-glove support to ensure successful framework integration.
- Program Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.
- Track milestones, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate project status proactively to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
- Scale the Framework: Transition from the initial IAM/OPA rollout to driving the adoption of broader enterprise security frameworks,
- Direct experience working with engineering teams to roll out programs and security campaigns intended to uplift operational security.
- Experience working in a "Partner Success," "Developer Relations," or "Forward Deployed Engineering" capacity.
- Familiarity with IAM, Security Frameworks, Scalable Solutions.
- Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Partner/Customer Engineering.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional software engineering projects from inception to delivery.

- Drive IAM Adoption: Lead the end-to-end rollout, integration, and adoption of our custom OMA-based IAM solution across diverse partner teams and platforms.
- Partner Success: Act as the primary liaison between Security Engineering and partner teams.
