Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and executing employer branding initiatives that drive talent attraction and engagement
- Strong storytelling and content creation
Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll bring our culture to life through creative campaigns, compelling content, and meaningful employee experiences.
- Working closely with the People team, you'll contribute directly to attracting top talent, supporting our hiring efforts and helping us stand out as an exciting place to work.
- Drive JustPlay’s employer branding strategy and Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- Create engaging content that showcases our culture, people, and values
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to strengthen candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion
- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, employer review platforms, and other talent-facing channels
- Track performance metrics, gather insights, and continuously improve employer brand initiatives
- Stay ahead of employer branding trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
