- Experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or tech communications;
- Strong ability to understand and translate technical concepts into compelling narratives;
- Proven track record of building strategic employer brand initiatives with measurable impact.
- Preferred
- Operated high-growth tech environment is preferred;
- Experience working with engineering or product teams and influencing stakeholders;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link storytelling to business outcomes;

- This role will focus on translating complex technology into compelling narratives, building a credible and differentiated employer brand, and driving strategic initiatives that attract and convert top technical talent.
- You will define and execute strategies to improve conversion from consideration to ideal employer among tech talent.
- You will partner closely with engineering leaders, talent acquisition, and cross-functional teams to bring our technology, culture, and impact to life—moving beyond awareness to trust, preference, and action.
