• This role will focus on translating complex technology into compelling narratives, building a credible and differentiated employer brand, and driving strategic initiatives that attract and convert top technical talent.
• You will define and execute strategies to improve conversion from consideration to ideal employer among tech talent.
• You will partner closely with engineering leaders, talent acquisition, and cross-functional teams to bring our technology, culture, and impact to life—moving beyond awareness to trust, preference, and action.
