We're an E-commerce CRO agency working with 8-9 fig businesses in US and Europe. We need someone who owns client relationships end-to-end. You are the bridge between our clients and our team of CRO strategists, designers, and developers.

Qualifications
- You are the bridge between our clients and our team of CRO strategists, designers, and developers.
Responsibilities
- You will manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at a time for brands making $10M-$100M/year.
- You will be the single point of contact for each client -- the person they trust, rely on, and turn to when things get messy.
- You will coordinate between our internal team (strategists, designers, developers) and the client to ensure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised.
- You will push back when needed, ask the hard questions, and make sure we are delivering real value -- not just checking boxes.
