Qualifications
- NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) can only issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) where these are met.
- Duration, Location, and Working Pattern:
- This is a permanent part-time post working 27 hours per week over Monday-Sunday 9.30 pm - 07:00 am
- This post will be based in Renfrewshire HSCP
- Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part-time hours.
- and/or experience required to do the job:
- Registered Nurse with current Level 1 Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
- Successfully attained the Specialist Practitioner Qualification (SPQ) in District Nursing or equivalent.
- Experience of working within District Nursing or Community Nursing services.
- Demonstrable clinical leadership and management
- throughout the recruitment and selection process.

Responsibilities
- As a member of the Primary Health Care Team, you will work collaboratively with the Clinical Team Leaders to support the implementation of local and national strategies.
- You will provide clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing team and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the delivery of person-centred assessment and care planning.
- You will provide clinical expertise, supervision and oversight to the team, promoting high standards of patient care and supporting continuous service improvement.
