Director, Performance Management

Job summary

Directs the Performance Management and Transit Asset Management team to provide strategic support to all organizations throughout the Authority. Manages strategy plans to improve the Authority’s overall efficiency by instituting, developing and executing performance management initiatives, processes and projects.

• Develops and implements communication, training, and change management strategies that promote organizational understanding, adoption, and sustainability of performance management initiatives.
• Develops, monitors, and evaluates enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and cost-saving programs to ensure alignment with the Authority's strategic goals and organizational priorities.
• Develops and monitors company-wide strategic processes on cost saving initiatives to ensure they are compatible with the CTA’s strategic direction including assisting in the design of analytical
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Must have experience in managing large, cross functional organizational initiatives from design to completion.
• Must have experience implementing organizational change management initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide performance measurement programs.
• PHYSICAL
• Requires remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time and constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery.
