Qualifications
- Yorkshire Vets are seeking an experienced veterinary leader to join our hospital as Director of Clinical Services.
- You are a senior operational leader with strong commercial acumen and a people-centred leadership approach.
- Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within veterinary practice
- A collaborative and people-focused leadership style, with experience mentoring and developing others
Responsibilities
- As Director of Clinical Services, you will provide clinical leadership across the hospital, working closely with the Director of Practice and senior leadership team.
- You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional clinical standards, supporting and developing veterinary colleagues, driving quality improvement initiatives and ensuring outstanding patient and client care.
