Qualifications

  • Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • Mic*** Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Mic*** Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
  • Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.
  • citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
  • To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • To stay competitive, you will perform program landscape analysis and examine business trends, while contributing to programs impacting Mic***.
  • You’ll also identify opportunities to develop and improve programs, surfacing upstream insights when delivery outcomes lag, and drive program strategy definition and project plan creation.
  • You will drive strategic alignment across engineering teams, industry advisors, field teams, partners, and customers to design crucial programs from initiation to delivery.
  • You’ll also use subject matter expertise to drive the definition and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics at the portfolio level rather than the individual activity level.
  • You will set best practices to define and execute on a landing and communication plan, owning the operating cadences and business rhythms that drive clear outcomes during execution.
  • You’ll also use your subject matter expertise to maintain one consistent playbook and quality standard across the portfolio, and to promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • You’ll also drive collaboration between teams and maintain the portfolio hygiene that lets the business scale without operational drift.
