Responsibilities

- h5>Define and execute the AI product-engineering strategy: in close partnership with Product, Data Science, and Design, set the technical direction for AI Practice Efficiency — deciding when to build vs.
- buy, how to evaluate and select foundation models, when to fine-tune, and how to architect for safety, explainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Balance ambitious AI innovation with pragmatic, high-quality execution.</h5>
- Serve as the engineering voice ensuring our AI products meet the trust bar that healthcare professionals and patients require.
- Work together with the VP of Engineering of the Domain to set the AI strategy for the domain.</h5>
- Champion AI-augmented engineering practices within your own teams as a forcing function for productivity and quality.</h5>
