Overall Job Summary The Director of IT SAP Platforms leads the architecture, engineering, and operations of Tra***’s enterprise SAP landscape. The role defines the SAP roadmap, including the transition to SAP S/4HANA RISE and the integration of practical AI capabilities that enhance reliability, automation, and decision support.

Qualifications

  • Serve as an executive escalation point for SAP issues and communicate platform priorities, risks, and progress to technology and business leaders.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to SAP data, access, retention, and system operations.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in SAP platform modernization, S/4HANA RISE evolution, automation, and AI-driven improvements to strengthen Tra***’s operational capabilities and customer experience.
  • Required
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in SAP architecture, engineering, or platform operations, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
  • Demonstrated success leading SAP teams, guiding complex ERP initiatives, and delivering reliable, scalable enterprise platforms.
  • Strong background developing SAP technology roadmaps, building business cases, driving modernization efforts, and delivering new capabilities through S/4HANA RISE, automation, and cloud integration.
  • Experience in high-velocity environments with responsibility for production operations, incident management, release governance, and large cross-functional implementations.

  • Develop and manage strategic technology and vendor partnerships, including SAP, implementation partners, and platform providers, to accelerate delivery, optimize cost, and strengthen platform capabilities.
