Job summary

The Director of Clinical Analytics will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the clinical analytics strategy at Bea***. This individual will drive the design, development, and deployment of data-driven solutions that improve clinical outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • including HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and other applicable standards.
  • Risk Management: Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure analytics
  • within established timeframes.
  • Maintains license/certification, registration in good standing throughout fiscal year if required.
  • Direct patient care providers are required to maintain current BCLS (CPR) and other certifications as required by position/department.
  • Consistently utilizes appropriate universal precautions, protective equipment, and ergonomic techniques to protect patient and self.
  • Adheres to regulatory agency
  • survey process and compliance.
  • Complies with established organization and department policies.
  • Available to work overtime in addition to working additional or other shifts and schedules when required.
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
