Qualifications

• Southern Company Services is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of DevOps experience to design, implement, and support enterprise CI/CD automation, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of DevOps, CI/CD, or Infrastructure Automation experience.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, PowerShell, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Cloud.
• Experience with Git source control, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical
• Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of ARM Templates, Bicep, Azure Resource Groups, Key Vaults, and secure networking.
• Experience with DevOps architecture, enterprise automation, and release management.
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach) are a plus.

• Administer and support Azure DevOps and GitHub platforms.
• Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Develop automation using PowerShell , Azure DevOps, and GitHub workflows.

• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, integrations, and deployment issues.
