Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering
- Expertise in Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS
- Experience with containerization and orchestration:
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Understanding of:
- CI/CD design patterns
- Cloud security and IAM
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows and version control
- EXTRA CREDIT
- Experience with multi-cloud architectures (GCP + AWS)
Responsibilities
- You will partner closely with development, SRE, data, and security teams to deliver reliable, repeatable deployments and high-performing infrastructure at scale.
- Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
- Architect and manage multi-cloud infrastructure across:
- Google Cloud Platform (primary)
- AWS environments
- Design and deploy highly available, scalable systems supporting production workloads
- Implement and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Manage:
- Multi-region and multi-environment deployments
- Greenfield infrastructure and migration of infrastructure from AWS to GCP
- Build and maintain foundational cloud components including:
- Compute platforms (GKE, Cloud Run, EC2, Kubernetes)
