Qualifications

  • We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to join a dynamic technology team supporting one of the UK's leading retail organisations.
  • and translate them into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
  • Build clean, reusable, and well-documented code in line with development best practices.
  • Provide production support and proactively investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, testers, and infrastructure teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including
  • gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive solutions to improve system stability.
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to coding standards, development processes, and quality improvements.
  • Optimise application performance, reliability, and security through continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Support system integrations and ensure seamless data exchange across business-critical platforms.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical discussions, and continuous improvement activities.
