Qualifications
- to ensure data quality and availability.
- Document analyses thoroughly, including methodology, assumptions, and limitations to ensure reproducibility.
- Support production models by monitoring performance, investigating issues, and recommending improvements.
- Required
- 3-5 years of hands-on data science experience, including model building and statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and clustering methods.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib/seaborn) and SQL.
- Practical experience building and evaluating predictive models; familiarity with common algorithms.
- Ability to clean, transform, and prepare real-world data for analysis.
- Experience creating visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries.
- Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience with Jupyter notebooks, Git, and collaborative data science workflows.
Responsibilities
- As a Data Scientist at Del***, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges.
- You will work with large, diverse datasets to uncover actionable insights, build predictive models, and communicate findings through compelling visualizations and reports.
- Build predictive models using classification, regression, clustering, and time series techniques to address business needs.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights in large datasets from multiple sources.
- Create features from structured and unstructured data; apply feature engineering to enhance model performance.
- Develop and validate models using train/test splits, cross-validation, and appropriate evaluation metrics.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze experiments to measure the impact of product changes or new features.
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate findings; create data visualizations that tell compelling stories.
- Collaborate with data engineers on data pipeline
