Qualifications

  • adoption, and measurable business outcomes for one or more enterprise data domains such as Customer (Party 360), Policy, Claims, Billing, Finance, Agency, or Pricing.
  • The successful candidate will ensure data products are trusted, discoverable, reusable, governed, and aligned with Mapfre's strategic objectives.

  • Product Ownership & Delivery
  • Own and manage the data product backlog.
  • Define epics, features, user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, BI Developers, and Governance teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Drive delivery of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and iterative enhancements.
  • Support Agile planning, sprint reviews, and release activities.

  • Ensure compliance with MAPFRE data governance standards.

  • Establish trusted partnerships with business leaders, data owners, data stewards, and technology teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the business domain supported.
