Qualifications

• We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Platform Delivery & Account Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing world-class data platform implementation for our clients.

• Agile Delivery Leadership
• Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Lead sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, blockers, and delivery risks.
• Ensure sprint goals are realistic, measurable, and aligned with the platform roadmap.
• Governance & Reporting
• Build and maintain the project steering deck for senior leadership, including progress updates, risks, decisions, and financials.
• Own the risk register, ensuring risks are logged, assessed, mitigated, and escalated appropriately.
• Maintain the actions list, ensuring owners, deadlines, and statuses are clearly tracked and communicated.
• Facilitate steering meetings and ensure decisions are documented and followed through.

Responsibilities

• You will plan the implementation roadmap, create epics and user stories, run sprints, and maintain all delivery artefacts.
• You will also produce the project steering deck, manage the risk register, track actions, and occasionally act as the account lead for client‑facing conversations.
• Programme & Implementation Planning
• Develop the end-to-end implementation plan for the data platform, including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
