Qualifications
- and working with structured and unstructured data
- Comfort working with ambiguous or incomplete data and translating business needs into data solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, organizational, and leadership
Responsibilities
- Define and implement logical data models and standardized schemas for historical and current incentive compensation data
- Build and enhance data pipelines and sources to enable automated, reliable reporting
- Identify inefficiencies in current data processes (manual or automated) and implement scalable solutions
- WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
- Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, AWS or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JSON
- Additional experience with transformation
