Responsibilities
- As a Data Engineer on the Bid-to-Bill Operations Engineers team, you will sit at the intersection of software engineering, customer operations, and market execution.
- You'll work directly with customers and internal teams to solve complex production challenges, investigate issues, improve system reliability, and build automation that eliminates repetitive work.
- Partner directly with customers to investigate and resolve complex operational and technical issues.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource during production incidents and customer escalations.
- Identify recurring operational problems and build automation to eliminate them.
- Improve system observability through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and diagnostic tooling.
- Reduce manual operational effort through workflow and process automation.
