Qualifications
- We need an experienced data engineer like you to help our clients find answers in their data to impact important missions—from fraud detection to cancer research to national intelligence.
- You’ll use your experience in analytical exploration and data examination while you manage the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms for your clients.
- You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with major data science languages such as Python and R
- 3+ years of experience retrieving, merging, and analyzing structured and unstructured data sources from APIs and databases through Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with database design and administration in DBMS such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Experience with data analytics, data mining, statistical analysis, or AI/ML
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in data engineering, or 12+ years of experience in data engineering in lieu of a degree
- Nice If You Have:
- Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau and PowerBI
- Experience conducting data architecture and ETL for the DoD or a federal agency
- Experience with HUMINT
