Qualifications

- Ensure delivery to scope, whilst identifying risk of scope creep.
- Manage large and complex datasets for enterprise customers while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Produce migration documentation, data mapping specifications and validation reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance migration tooling, automation and processes.

- Proven experience in a Data Conversion Analyst, Data Migration Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end data migration projects.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale clients and complex business
