Qualifications
- Experience in customer success, technical account management, operations, consulting, or project management
Responsibilities
- You will become the key interface between customers, engineering, operations, and product team - ensuring successful system rollouts, stable operations, and long-term customer satisfaction.
- You will operate closely alongside industrial processes, complex hardware systems, biological variability, and high operational pressure environments.
