Responsibilities
- You'll sit at the intersection of growth marketing, data engineering and product - the technical architect who ensures our candidates' journeys are deeply personalised, seamlessly integrated and built to scale.
- Design, launch, and continuously optimize automated candidate journeys and job alert triggers to drive platform retention and conversion
- Own Data Flows & Integrations (~40%): Own the flow of user data in and out of the CRM platform.
- Configure webhooks, manage API-driven triggers and partner with Data Engineering and web development to ensure user traits and events sync flawlessly.
- Maintain Transactional Systems: Take full ownership of our transactional and triggered messaging infrastructure to guarantee near-instant delivery, high visibility and reliable performance.
- Data Hygiene & Deliverability: Manage list integrity, audience suppression logic and email deliverability standards (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP warming) alongside privacy compliance (GDPR, PECR).
