About this role: The Chief Operating Office Technology (COO Tech) organization, provides technology services for the Chief Operating Office.

Qualifications

• translate business needs into functional specifications, and design integrated business processes aligned with end‑to‑end real estate operations.
• Lead quality and delivery execution, including testing strategy, configuration and design reviews, ensuring solutions meet business needs and delivery commitments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship by guiding engineers and functional teams, reviewing designs, coaching on SAP functional modules, integration patterns, testing, configuration, and data best practices.
• Assess and champion emerging
• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with small and large business units in a large corporate environment
• 5+ years of SAP Configuration hands‑on experience with S/4 HANA Digital core modules
• Tech stack
• across on premise, custom, COTS, SaaS and cloud native solutions
• Desired
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on RE-FX (Contracts & Lease Management) across ECC and S/4 environments, including hands-on implementation and support of real estate management solutions.
• Strong functional SAP experience with EPPM
