  • Systems, Data & Compliance
  • ATS & Data Integrity — Ensure accurate, compliant candidate data within iCIMS and support AI-driven scoring and workflow automation.
  • Compliance & Risk Management — Uphold HIPAA, data privacy, and regulated-industry hiring standards.
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience in technical recruiting will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting
  • Technical Talent Acquisition — Own full-cycle recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Integration Specialists, Security Analysts, and Enterprise Systems professionals.
  • Intake & Workforce Planning — Lead intake sessions with IT and Product hiring managers to define role
