Qualifications

  • Required
  • Language Mastery: Absolute professional fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal) is an essential framework requirement.
  • You must have the structural capability to compose corporate emails, translate operational documents, and lead bilingual communications confidently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Trade, Human Resources, or an equivalent organizational discipline.
  • Experience: Entry-level (0 to 2 years of corporate experience).
  • Prior internship or administrative support experience within an international corporate setting is highly valued.
  • Technical Savvy: High operational literacy across Google Workspace and MS Office (especially Excel for basic data sheet logging and PowerPoint for formatting presentation updates).
  • Core Competencies: Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional time-management habits, and a collaborative, highly proactive attitude.

  • Foundational familiarity with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Asana, or Microsoft Teams).
  • Basic understanding of corporate compliance guidelines, global mobility logistics, or bookkeeping concepts.

Responsibilities

  • In this versatile role, you will govern day-to-day corporate administrative workflows, manage shared service data, handle vendor logistics, and coordinate multi-time zone communications.
  • Core Administrative Support & Documentation
  • Document Control: Organize and maintain secure digital corporate files, contracts, board resolutions, and operational databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Bilingual Translation: Translate internal corporate announcements, operations guides, employee reference manuals, and formal emails between English and Korean.
  • Invoice Processing: Review, code, and track routine administrative expenses, utility accounts, and workspace software subscriptions in collaboration with accounting teams.
  • Cross-Border Coordination & Scheduling
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and map intricate, multi-time zone meeting schedules, panel interviews, and corporate syncs between US entities and overseas branches.
  • Meeting Stewardship: Draft professional agendas, distribute briefing materials, and record precise bilingual meeting minutes for executive review.
  • Global Logistics Alignment: Assist in organizing complex travel itineraries, visa document tracking, and accommodation arrangements for visiting corporate directors.
  • Workspace & Procurement Logistics
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with remote IT supply vendors, office equipment providers, and localized third-party contractors.
  • Asset Tracking: Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and reclamation of corporate computing hardware and secure remote workforce setup materials.
